Book your first Fascial Stretch Therapy Appointment with Carrie. An intake form will be emailed to you immediately after booking. Please fill it out at least 24hrs before your appointment.
During this appointment we discuss your health history, goals or objectives and conduct an assessment. We will discuss the findings of the assessment and propose a treatment plan to help you meet your goals. After the assessment, we will get you on the table for some stretches.
